Home games listed in BOLD, Away games Italicized and (DH) = Double-header. Home team is responsible for arranging for the referee for neutral field games. Team listed in RED is responsible for concessions.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any game changes should be made only when it is absolutely necessary. Coaches DO NOT call off the game on their own. It is a joint effort between the two coaches & the referee. This is an OUTDOOR sport & we play in the rain (but of course not storms). Your players are to be instructed to show up to games unless they get an official call from you (and this is ONLY after conferred with both the other coach & the referee). If a game does have to be changed it MUST be rescheduled and played. Parents are told their kids will play eight games when they register & they need to play 8 games. Also, all changes must not only be coordinated with the opposing coach & referee, but scheduling/concessions coordinator Julie Maynard (606-353-1998 / 606-225-0707) as well. Missed travel games need to be reported to BAYS President Sherri Mendoza the Monday after the game was supposed to be played who will then report to EKYSA President Peggy Gawaronski. |
